im 30 weeks pg is it ok to walk about 2 miles only up hill a little bit, and when should i stop walking.

exercise is always good, as long as you listen to what your body is telling you...

Walking is the BEST excercise when pregnant, so walk your little heart out!

Unless you are told by your dr to go on bedrest or keep your legs up, then its safe to walk your whole pregnancy until you don;t feel comfortable doing it anymore.

WTG on the walking, I am trying to get motiviated to get back to it so I am not huge by the end of this pregnancy!

Listen to your body. It will tell you when you have overdone it. There is no harm in walking, but make sure that you feel good doing it. But, just to be sure, call your doctors office, and just ask them. They will err on the side of caution, so they dont get sued. You body is very smart. It will tell you when enough is enough!

never. or when you get to a point that when walking you cant hold a slow conversation. Or when it starts to cause you pain.

Walking is something you should do clear through, its insanely good for you, and the baby, and the delivery thats creeping up on you.

When You can't walk up the small incline without running out of breath.

Excerize is excellent during pregnancy, keep it up!
Never over do it though, always keep well hydrated and stop if you get light headed or dizzy or get any pains or bleeding.
