I'm organized at home and my kids are organized at home cause i always give them comments, so why he is doing this at school, he lost his story book and his activity sheets are dirty although i give him plastic files to put in them and i taught him how to use them. my son is almost 5 years old as he is in KG 1, and he is smart enough to understand my comments. advise me please

I can certainly relate to this problem as I was pretty unorganized at school at times myself. The KEY here is that at home, he has you standing over him to make sure he's well-organized, but at school, he doesn't.

My suggestion would be to offer him an "incentive" to stay organized at school. Offer him a "reward" by doing or buying something he'll like ONLY if he doesn't loose things and stays organized at school.

Right now, he knows it, but doesn't have a real incentive to do it. Rewarding him for good behavior will encourage him to behave well and do what you expect.

Let him learn from his own mistakes, once the teacher scolds him he will learn
