Yes it does. Before the 9/11 attacks, seldom heard was anything about Muslims. After wards we heard of attacks on Muslim individuals all over the U.S. This is just one example. Fear is our own worse enemy.

Not necessarily. Fear can breed respect.
Hate is its own emotion.
I rarely experience hate for anyone I never loved.
I think when we are in fear, any hatred we experience is really at ourselves for not being able to overcome the fear.
Fear and hate are both irrational emotions, and produce irrational responses, but I do not know why everyone assumes one springs from the other.

I believe fear breeds hate. I believe that closed minds create hate. I believe we need to quit cloning, and name calling and work together to find a better way.

Absolutely....I live in DFW area, there are so many illegal aliens that prey on seniors and their crimes are so heinous that I give up many of my freedoms to try to stay safe! I never thought my government would choose these criminals over their own tax-paying citizens! God help middle-class Americans our government has forsaken us! So I hate all illegal aliens (and their gazillion anchor babies) and am starting to hate everyone in government - both parties!
