Who do you think is strong, Sasuke or Neji?

I have to choose Sasuke because Sasuke beat Naruto and Naruto beat Neji. And Sasuke is cuter too

both strong,but ive heard rumors about sasuke being a hokage.plus sasukes sharingan is far better than byukagan.
