weevil says in the 3rd season and fifth episode if she's still dating logan after what he did 2 lily. what does he mean by that? what did logan do?

In season one, Weevil accuses Logan of having hit Lilly while they were dating.
This was left over from a dropped storyline, where we would have eventually found out that Duncan, during an epileptic fit, had hit Lilly and left bruises. Weevil mistakenly thought the bruises were left by Logan.
Since this storyline ended up being cut for time, Logan's name was never cleared until Rob Thomas revealed the reason behind Weevil's comment after the season ended.
Bringing it back up this season will probably lead to the clearing of Logan's name on the show.
