I tried on a blouse yesterday and found the big plastic sensor still attached to it. I don't have the receipt anymore and the store is 1 hr. away. I don't know how it didn't buzz when I left or why the salesgirl didn't remove it. Is it possible to remove them and how?
Thanks.

Well I suppose other than taking it back to the store and having them do it, tear it off. When I worked in retail, we had a special tool that applied equal pressure to both ends of the sensor that released the pin thing and pulled the two sides apart but I don't believe there is really any practical way of doing it from home or that would defeat the purpose of having a anti-theft device.

I've had this happen a few times. I had to go back to the store and have them remove it. The thing contains an ink. If it is taken off wrong the ink will get on the clothes. I called the store, told them that they left the thing on and all I had to do was show them the receipt.

Try going to another store that has sensors on the clothes...I'm sure a cashier would gladly remove the sensor for you.

the same thing happened to me once with a skirt the way I got it off was with a pair or wire cutters or any kind of gardening tool that will cut through metal

If it still has tags on it, they might be able to scan and verify it was paid for. I don't think you can get it off wthout ruining the blouse.
