Been married for 1.5 yrs, we have sex maybe once a month. He says that its because we have a dog now. He doesn' t really put feeling into any hugs or kisses. I don't know if it is true of if he doesn't want to hurt my feelings. However, everytime HE turns ME down it kills my selfesteem alittle more. Am I suppose to just give up, get rid of my dog? Is my marriage doomed to fail because of the lack of intamicy?

He's blaming your marital problems on your dog?

What, has the dog done that could affect your marriage?

Get counseling for yourself and find out what is really going on.

Could he be cheating on you? It sounds like it to me. Unless you are a dog owner who treats the dog like the most important thing in your life, it sounds like he is handing you a crock.

that is the first time I have ever heard someone blaming lack of, on a dog.....I imagine your feelings are hurt, and 1.5 yrs of marriage, you two should still be all over each other....doesn't make any sense....tell him you don't want to nag, but deserve an answer other than your dog.......better to know the real reason now, than 20 yrs down the line......something isn't right with his answer.....
