I need help really a good advice...

I have a problem in my student life and its increased, i failed my 12th standard and my father does not want me to repeat the year which i also agree with as i hate repeating. Please if someone can give me a strong advice in this that what should i do " As i have good knowledge in computers and like i am in the stage of designing websites..etc. I'm 17 years and my brother is studying in India (college)"
Is it better to take computer courses like MCSE ( Microsoft Certificate ) or like CISCO its a networking ... Or something else. Kindly let me know if degree is very important in computer fields or its not that important in this century. I see many without Degree...

Kindly let me know. Really need to know it fast!!

You an work without a diploma , but promotion would be slow. You can pursue a two year- computer in the meantime, then when it works for you, then you may proceed to the four year baccalaureate degree in computers. It still the best to acquire a degree.

I agree with getting the degree. You can get a good job without one but later promotions will be slow in coming or non-exisitant. You'll be frustrated seeing people with less seniority and less on the job experience being promoted ahead of you just because of that little piece of paper.

Get the degree! never look for short cuts. They may look simple now and may work for 1 in 100's .My advice ,get the degree you'll always feel safe for the future.
