The Willie Lynch documents are a hoax. As others have mentioned, he was supposedly a slave owner who, in the early 18th Century, spoke and wrote about how slaves should be treated, but since none of these documents were known to exist before they started showing up on the Internet in the 1990s, they are generally considered to be fake.
If you take the time to actually read some of this stuff, you will see that it is much too over-the-top to be real. In addition, there are anachronisms (words and phrases that were not used at the time) that indicate that these "documents" were created recently.

Willie Lynch on the bank of the James River in the colony of Virginia in 1712 delivered a speech he had made all over the world how to control the BLACK slave. . Lynch was a British slave owner in the West Indies. The term "lynching" is derived
from his last name. No makes mention of teh white slave who in the British (in fact in America at this time) were just as plentiful as blacks. God Bless You and Our Southern People.

First of all Willie Lynch might not be a real person but just a myth. Anyways he was this white man that made a speech in 1712 in Virginia about 'How to Control Your Slaves". The speech was about maximizing your slaves in which he said to seperate them into different catagories. Like its better to keep your slaves instead of lynching them. Then you can maximize your earning using them.
