Don't know about this century, but last century I think the best singer was Bing Crosby. He was the best selling singer of the first half of the 20th century. Best Album I think would have to be Sgt. Peppers or Pet Sounds. Best "entertainer" of last century has to be Sammy Davis, Jr. He could act, sing, dance, do comedy and sing very well.
