spread hands across ball. when raising arm to shoot ball make sure elbow is straight; not out to the side but straight and snap wrist at realease of ball. this should increase accuracy in shooting.

Well first, keep shooting with that one hand and here is a trick when your doing foul shots. First, you bounce it 2-4 times. Then you pick up the ball;nice and slow. Then you find that little black thing that you pump air into. Put your middle finger there and then get in your position. Bend your knees and like bob like an apple then stop and shoot. Do you that nice and slow everytime and you'll win. Also, play drums. or beat on something it will make your wrist stronger. Run a while too!

lay on ur bed and with ur shooting hand shoot the ball straight up, flicking ur wrist and everything, do this about 50 to 100 times and u should be about dead tired. after about 4 days of doing this it shouldn't be anything to flick a three pointer or half court.

Hmm... A well asked question. For increasing the power I would suggest weights and push ups, a lot of them. For accuracy, the only advice I have is practice, practice, PRACTICE! And add some more practicing while your at it. Good luck and happy holidays!
