I do work a lot usually 6 days a week 8 to 12 hours a day and I have a 7 year old. I stay tired all the time. It does not matter how much sleep I get I still feel like I have not gotten any? What could be wrong? I know that I am not pregnant. My tubes are tied.

It could be depression or just a very busy schedule. It could be an improper diet. Do you really eat enough veggies? Are you under a greast deal of stress? Try giving yourself a "5 minute vcation" by sitting alone in a darkened room and just letting yourself relax. It may help to induce more productive sleep. If nothing helps, talk with you doctor. He/she may want to run blood tests to check for simple anemia or other things. It may be nothing serious - just a combination of a lot of little things. Don't worry about it too much - that will only make you more tired.

The previous answer is a good one. You have a lot going on. It would be surprising if you weren't tired all the time. You may want to get your thyroid checked. It could be mild depression, too. Good luck.
