For a wheelie there's two ways to do it:
1. While moving forward pull in the clutch, rev the engine, and then rapidly let out the clutch
2. while moving forward in a low gear get the rpm's up kind of high, but not near redline. Then quickly close and open the throttle. This will kind of bounce the front end up into the air. This takes a little practice, but it won't wear out your clutch like option 1 will.
Try not to slam the front tire back down when you end the wheelie. If you slam it back down often, be prepared to replace fork seals.
For a "stoppie" you just get up a little speed, put your weight forward and then grab a bunch of front brake.
Don't practice these things in traffic, and wear your safety gear, because you will certainly make some mistakes while your learning.

Wheelie is easy. Just pile on some revs and release the clutch. Balance the weelie by holding the bike between your knees, weight forward and modulating the throtle.
Stopie requires a very skilled rider and powerful front breaks. You need to modify your bikes front brakes to a larger unit. Let your weigth transfer gradually towards the front while doing the stoppie.
The best way of learning there is to practise in a safe open place. Make sure you wear your helmet. Sure you are going to fall a couple of times but even Valentino Rossi did while learning to ride.
Good luck mate.
