If you don't have one get a legal separation, that brings him back into having to pay for some of the legal stuff to follow. He can also be charged with some misdemeanors.
Assuming you do not have children, go to www.legalzoom.com and you can do it yourself for a couple of hundred.
Women have many avenues of help with all the women's organizations out there. Nowdays we seem to Google everything so do it.
If hubby is an unemployed bum then just file the paperwork and say good riddance. If he is employed, you get spousal support and child support if there are children. And if there are children then hubby is a creep of proportions you should have known when you got hitched.
"No money" is not an excuse for doing the right thing. Be aware that the helping agencies are so tired of getting scammed by those who were born to scam - thanks to their scamming mother and/or father - that you must be honest and upfront.
And how do you know she is a woman? Could be a cross dresser.

Go to your local library. There you should be able to find examples of the documents you need. Call the civil division at your local courthouse to find out exactly which documents you need to file. You will still have to pay the filing fee, which is usually around $100. If the divorce is pretty simple I would do this otherwise you could end up getting screwed.

Well sometimes if you go to a lawyer and explain your situation he might just work for you for free or if not ask him if he knows someon who will. ALso sometimes the lawyer can get your husband to pay for his fee also. And if you have children make sure he helps them because they are also his children. But go to a lawyer first and ask him if he does pro bono work. If he says no ask him if he knows anyone who does. Or ask him if you file for divorce is there anyway your husband can pay for his fee. and if you need to chat with someone about anything just IM me anytime.or e-mail me. Good Luck

Call legal aid, or hire an attorney and sue him for divorce and make him pay for the divorce. He is the one living with another woman. Or you make sacrifices and pay for the divorce so you can move on with your life. God bless****

i am not sure where you live and how much the filing fee is in your jurisdiction. if there is no great deal of property or kids involved, you can represent yourself. most lawyers give free consultations. also, social services may be able to give you help in finding a pro bono (free) lawyer. good luck sweetie.
