my private area last week and liked the results. However when the hairs grow back, it starts itching. any recommendations on what I can use to reduce or elminate itching?

The itching is only half the story. You may not have noticed (we don't smell odors very much that are constantly with us) but you've probably started to stink down there. Shaving or waxing eliminates the beneficial skin bacteria that keep the nasty stuff from growing, and the reduced air circulation when you don't have hair makes the sweat stay on your skin longer. So you get a double whammy in regard to odor. Eeeewww.

Try letting the hair grow back again and then wax it off, the results last for 6-8wks.

your hair will be harder,
roseoil almond or lavenderoil is very nurturing
no creams or lotions
your follicles need to be taken care of because they are a bit overstressed and not need the lotion preservatives

I had the same thing. try not shawing it. Just cut it.
