Since phenylamine (aniline) is a base, it will react with HCl to form a water-soluble salt.

So add a bit of conc HCl, and shake. Separate the organic and aqueous layers. The nitrobenzene will be in the organic layer.

Then add NaOH to the aqueous layer, and phenylamine will appear as an emulsion, which you can separate off.
