if we manage to find a satisfying way getting rid of einsteins ultimate speed limit, the speed of light, i could imagine it would be like boarding a plane like for a transatlantic flight.
if not it may become a likewise 'boxed' journey, or we a agree in a generation-ship.
these are the visions many people have about that

my personal opinion is:
too early to say
i could imagine that in 4 billion years we would build something just to survive our dying sun. but right now ? why ?

If man manages to keep the planet intact until then, yes, there will be interstellar travel in the form of canned human beings, just like canned sardines.
