My reasoning behind even thinking this question is this;
If you neuter your cat to prevent spraying, but still want the option open to producing a successor to his line of being absolutely wonderful, is there anything you can do or anywhere you can go to have sperm frozen for later use, maybe even after he's died? *obviously you'd have to do this before you have his balls chopped off*
And as for females you want spayed to avoid oops pups/kits and bloody messes but it's the same thought as the male, you may in the future want some cat/dog to carry on her memory.
Everyone is saying that you should "fix" your pet if you do not want to breed them, and seeing as with most there's no justifying leaving an animal intact to some of you, I want to know if there are other options availible.

Hi Mandy...there are several companies who do have sperm banks for pets. Here are two for example:

Many endangered species have their sperm or eggs frozen so they've extended this for domesticated pets as well.

Yes there are. There are a couple that I had seen on the web, I think in California. They have frozen sperm by some very famous dogs from around the world. I am not sure about eggs from a female. Do a search on google and I am sure you will come up with something. Good luck
