IS it legal to search employees without a warrant?

Your "job" is not your HOME. The building belongs to someone else, they pay the rent, not you. Why would you think you'd have privacy rights there?

What were you hiding, that you couldn't hide at home? Something like pornography? Love letters from your mistress? Results of your STD lab test?

A search within an employee's work place does not need a warrant!
