There is this unit inside the u.s. marines or the army's i'm not sure where a group of people are specially trained to expand their senses in order to feel to "see" something inside their mind that is very very far away.
There are old myths where shamans in ancient times can predict disasters, but historians realized they were just people who made good observations of the calenders and abnormal animal and insect behavors before any big disasters strike.

Strictly speaking, the answer is no. However, I'm being a little judgmental of your choice of words. The word "supernatural" implies a judgment that I disagree with. Nothing is unnatural, supernatural, or preternatural etc. But that's me.
What do we really know about time? All we truly know is that time measures displacement. That's really about it.
Some of us, myself included at times, can sense future trends and happenings. I believe that at times it goes beyond simply sensing patterns of human behavior or weather based on cross referencing them previous patterns. I can't explain why, but against all odds, people sometimes do in fact pick up or even have visions of happenings that in no way relate to the past. There are plenty of philosophers with great guesses (Biologist/Philosopher, Rupert Sheldrake, has a great theory of Morphic Resonance, it's my favorite). But even so, who knows for sure ... yet?
I'm no scientist; however, I do think everything happens for a reason and if we can't figure it out, there's no reason to invoke divine intervention or possession by demons. Even God, in my opinion, is natural. Why is He constricted to working in strange ways? Something to think about.

many people have when it comes to death of a relative or a friend and even further than that, that sort of thing from my knowledge is related to the brain and u can say its a certain ability in the brain a certain kind of intellegence in some that others have no scence of at all.
But when it comes to disasters i think that might be some sort of ritual that a person does to gather knowledge from a powerful paranormal source. which is messed up.

Yes indeed there are such people. I don't know how they do it, but it is a fact that some do it. Some people say that they got the power from their previous lives and some say that their brains are special (i mean the mystery lies with the folding of their brains). I know many such people and my father too is one... :-)

yes indeed. it may come in different ways to different people and some may not understand until after the event happens and sometimes can be devastating for that person to say "that's what that was all about" when people are hurt from that little warning, that you got beforehand. it can be good and bad for your emotional state.

Yes they can, unfortunately, the precise vision does not make itself clear till the event has already taken place so advanced warning is almost impossible.
Being physic myself, it is a hard tool to have and not always a friendly one. I try to avoid it as much as possible.
