Any rap CD released in the last 5 years. That way, I'll be too sick to worry about eating.

Unfortunately you have failed to mention that there is NO CD player on this deserted island, NOR is there any electricity. Instead, may I take a book? The book I would take would have to be long, as the chance of rescue may not occur for some time. SO, I would take my copy of W.J. Tenney's 1866 edition of The Military and Naval History of the Rebellion in the United States.
I would read during the day, or even by campfire at night.
(p.s. - If I had a solar-powered CD player, it would be The Pretty Things - S.F. Sorrow)
