She's lying, but Martin found out.
She's getting killed off on Christmas Day.

Yes Pauline is lying about being ill, she made it up because Martin got back with Sonia and she found out. So she told him that she was dying of a brain tumour so he would dump Sonia,which he did do. But then Joe found out the truth and told Martin so Martin, Rebecca and Joe have moved in with Dot and Jim. Pauline does die at Christmas but shes murdered so we are going to have a 'who done it?' I think I read somewhere that Martin gets arrested. Wendy Richard who plays bitter old Pauline wanted to leave because she didnt like the fact that her characted remarried. She wanted her to stay in her arm chair thinking about Arthur for all of eternity.

Yeah, she's dying at Christmas - right in the middle of the Square. Hopefully, EastEnders will be worth watching - oh no, they have to get rid of Garry & Minty for that to happen, don't they?!

Well, Pauline was lying abut her illness but then she confessed it all. i am a big fan of eastenders.
