Ok...... you know that sound that makes you tingle? That sound that makes you just stop in your tracks and look behind you.... spinning all around from side to side trying to find it? Desperately searching for the source of that sound because you know.....just KNOW you'll never hear it again? You know that sound? The one where you feel safe? comfortable? and aggitated all at the same time? The sound that makes you squirm and fidgit... and relax and be at peace? That sound that makes you yearn...... for more. That sound that makes you wonder, think, feel, and desire? That sound that makes you never want to close your eyes because you might miss it again..... yet at the same time you want to sleep so you can wake up the next morning just to hear it again? That sound that comforts, soothes, cares for you? That sound that begs for you? That sound that weeps when it is away....... and cheers when it is in your presence? That's what love sounds like.

Love is no sound and every sound.
It's when somebody says something and no matter how mean, all you can say is 'have a nice day, sir'.... when all that is normal and mundane is suddenly sweet and beautiful.... when you cherish every sound you hear, but for no apparent reason.... when your favorite song sound better than ever.... laughter in an open, sunny field....love is the sound of happiness, the sound of joy.... when all the white noise turns into a beautiful song and you can't help but smile.... the heavy thud of two hearts beating in harmony.... the soundtrack of summer.... all that is good in the world singing one perfect song with no words but a universal message-
Love.

It sounds like the laughter of my best friend....or the wind blowing through a driving rain. It sounds like an owl, hooting at the Moon. It sounds like the sea crashing against the shore. It sounds like a song, a perfect song(Sleepwalk by Santo and Johnny comes to mind)....it sounds like lots of things to me, I could list them here forever if I had any patience in my little faerie heart.....

It's a different type of melody...
It's almost as though your heart feels it before it even reaches your brain.
And it just ... fills you with a sense of life, a certain disregard for anything superficial in the world.
You feel full in a totally good way... (sort of like eating a Krispy Kreme donut and feeling that distinct pleasure/happiness)
