Sounds like a problem with voltage..... check your coil, points and condensor if it is an older car, for newer sounds like the coil is producing too much voltage, or your spark plug gap is off, timing could be off, but with newer cars the computer takes care of that.

The oil is probably caused by leaking head gasket, or overflow from having to much oil in the car. make sure you check the gap on the plugs, if they are not gaped correctly they will not fire the way they should and as for breaking. that's a new one to me. The only time Ive seen a plug break is on installation or removal so be careful, and check with a dealer or parts store to make sure you are getting the right kind of plug for your car.

it would help to know what kind of car and the miles. do u do regular maintenance. if the spark plugs are breaking the pocelean. this is wierd, and sound s like a timing issue or bad plugs, that is if they are being installed correctly. don't strip the threads on the head as this will blow them out of the hole.make sure they are tightened correctly, as aluminum heads are much more sensitive than iron heads. good luck.
