I think -circle is 11 cm-means , its a diameter.
Then area of a circle
=pi*(diameter)^2 divided by 4
=(22/7)*(11)^2 divided by 4.
=3.14*121 divided by 4
=379.94 /4
=94.985 cm^2
=95.00 cm^2 (rounded off)

You do not state if the 11 cm is the radius of the circle or the diameter of the circle.
If it is the radius ,
then area= =pir^2 = 3.14(11)^2 = 121*3.14=379.9 to nearest 10th
If it is the diameter ,
then area =(pi d^2)/4 3.14(11)^2 /4 =94.0 to the neatest 10th
Notice that the first answer is 4 times the second. This says that if you double the radius the area will be increased by 2^2 =4 times.

r = d/2 r = 21/2 r = 10.5 A = (pi)(r^2) A = (pi)(10.5^2) A = (pi)(110.25) A = 346.4 Therefore, a circle having a diameter of 21 feet has an area of 346.4 square feet.

Circumference = 2πr
== > 2πr = 11 cm
==> r = 11/2π
==> r = 1.75
Area(A) = πr²
==> A = 9.6 cm²
To the nearest tenth.....and note that I omitted the units. You need to include them. I left them off for clarity for you so it's easier for you to see what I did.

For a circle:
(Area) = (pi) * (radius) * (radius)
Since you haven't mentioned whether 11 cm is a diameter, radius, or other component of a circle, I can't help you further.

A=(pi D^2)/4
A= 3.14 (11)^2 / 4
A=95.0 cm^2
if 11 cm round means that its circumference is 11 cm then we have to find radius first
since circumference S=2Pi R
then R=S/(2Pi)
A=Pi R^2=
A=Pi (S/2 Pi)^2
A=S^2/(4Pi)=
A=(11)^2/( 4 x 3.14)=
A=9.63 cm^2
A(rounded)=9.6 cm^2

2 *pi*R = 11
R = 11/2*pi
R = 5.5/pi
R = 1.75
Area = pi *R^2 = pi *1.75^2 = pi*3.065 = 9.629
