NO! Dark skin is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! Look...I'm dark skinned too and when i was little i used to be made fun of and it hurt me...and i wanted to do SOMETHING to get lighter, i hated it. But then my sister told me God made me like this for a reason and he loves me the way i am and he wouldn't wanna changed me so why should i change myself. I know it's because you think that everyone doesn't look at dark skinned people as much but then that means their shallow and you wouldn't need that type of person in your life in the first place. Many people LOVE dark skinned peolple. it took me sometime but I soon accepted to love the skin i'm in and not to change myself for anybody, because you know if nobody every commented on it or anything you yourself wouldn't want to change it. It makes me soooo mad that people would make someody feel this way cause i know how it feels just look in the mirror and see that DARK SKIN IS BEAUTIFUL. DON'T EVER CHANGE FOR ANYTHING OR ANYBODY, unless it's something like your really mean and you need to be nicer or something like that....ope my advice helps ; )

.. you don't need to become fair.. you should learn to love your skin.
My sister is dark and she looks great but she complains she wants to be fair.. but then alot of boys who like her only like her BECAUSE she is dark.
If you want to become fair stay out of the sun more.
There is "Fairness" cream but it contains bleach and it dries out your skin as well as burning it. I would not recomend it.
Why don't you go see a makeup artist or check magazines for make-up tips on how to accentuate your good points. Then you won't be worried about being dark.

If you use makeup that is lighter then your real skin tone, it will look like you put chalk on your face. Makeup only evens out your skin tone, it doesn't change the color.
