Every baby is different. My son leaned "mama" and "dada" by 6 months; he now also says "hi" and chatters and makes a lot of other noises and not much else in the way of words (at 12 months). As a general rule, a baby's speech really takes off at about 18 months. (Though my cousin's kid is 2 and still can't say a lot; he does understand commands and full sentences well however!)
Typically, girls learn to talk faster than boys (while boys tend to learn motor skills like walking earlier). Other factors can help determine how early a baby learns to talk. For example, a baby will learn to talk sooner if you talk to them a lot, avoid baby talk (it can confuse them about what's really "speech"), and don't have the TV on in the background a lot when you're talking to them, because babies can pay attention to more than one thing at once, and they can't focus on you as well with TV on. (And the TV is not nearly as good a teacher as a parent!)

It depends on the child. Guidelines suggest that a child should be saying some words at 12 months. My eldest daughter could have a proper converstion by the time she was 16 months old. (People did suggest it's because I talk so much she got a lot of stimulation) My nephew is 3 in April and still doesn't say much. He can recognise the alphabet though. Children that are brought up in a bilingual envirnoment tend to develop speech a bit slower.

Giving birth to a new life is indeed a blessing which almost every woman would wish to have. How to get pregnant naturally https://tr.im/IvESk
Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

1st word by 12 months.
will understand everything u say by 2 years old but can say 500 words themselves.
usually have a vocab explosion if u like, between 14 and 17 months.
it really depends on the child tho, i know 2 year olds who have basically said nothing yet.
lots of encouragment, reading, talking, singing, rhymes etc should keep ur child on the normal development pattern

Before they are even born babies are listening to speech! They get their language skills by listening to people around them.At about three months old they start practicing by babbling.By 12 months most babies can say a few recognizable sounds. At three you should expect whole sentences.
