The belief that aliens have visited planet Earth, or belief in God?

Since God didn't mention that He created Aliens I would say the Alien part

Hmm, good question. Scientific possibility versus blind faith. By definition, they're both pretty irrational. On the one hand, believing that we are alone in the vastness of the universe is a bit crazy, on the other hand, life has to start somewhere, maybe it's us. As far as belief in god is concerned, religion began as a way for people to explain the unexplainable. Now that science has made such progress in explaining things, maybe the belief in god is becoming more irrational. I don't believe in a biblical god, but I do believe there is some kind of higher power. Perhaps, the universe itself is a sentient being.

Aliens visiting earth? That's a tough one for me to believe without concrete proof. I think it's a very real possibility. We ourselves, send probes to other planets. If there is an advanced civilization out there, then it's a good possibility that they are doing the same thing.

Between the two, I'd have to say the aliens are the more rational line of thought. If that's offensive to someone, keep in mind that nobody ever said faith had to be rational.

I don't believe in the One said God..

But i do believe in life and in the universe i feel there is more life. than just us..
So i guess i would have to say i believe in my deities and aliens.

the belief that there are other planets that harbour life is a pretty sound one.

a god on a fluffy cloud.... not so sound.

aliens;they're still made up creatures that seem possible only in movies like E.T.
