I could drone on, but I guess that's my point: can there ever really be only 'One Hottest Actress of All Time'? All-time is a long time, and there's so much diversity in both beauty and talent that have come and gone- and will continue to do so. Real acting ability- not the kind that's purchased- and natural beauty, polished with the grace and charm of a real lady will always be in high demand.
If I had to pick only one actress from this short list, I'd have to choose Audrey Hepburn. She may have been born with blue blood but the hardships endured during the German Occupation of Holland during the 2nd World War shaped the person she would become. She was a true lady, and the qualities she possessed and exhibited always are very evidently absent in today's version of Hollywood.
