What a rude question.
You can't group all overweight people together. I'm sure some fat people smell bad, but not because they are fat. So skinny people smell bad, but not because they are skinny.

Everybody has a natural oder. This oder can be magnified by sweating. If fat people do not keep themselves clean when they sweat they will smell. This is also true for skinny people

Grotesquely overweight people probably do, because they can't reach everywhere to wash. But your average chubby person? Nah, not if they have good hygiene.
