It is perfectly legal to drive a left hand drive vehicle here in the UK. There are countless truck drivers on the roads here everyday in left-hand drive trucks , not to mention all the mainland european cars that are over here because people are here on vacation or working etc. It just takes a little but if getting used to , a little extra concentration...and you must watch your mirrors carefully!
And, you'll probably have to get some stick on adjustors for the headlights, so you don't dazzle people over here.
If you plan on staying in the UK a while, it may be worth your while to just sell the car you have and buy one over here. Although getting used to driving on the wrong side of the road while sitting in the wrong side of the car may take a little bit more getting used to!

Yes it is possible to drive a left-hand drive car in the UK but it is not particularly easy. Visibility is the thing. If you are about to come here for a long period I would be inclined to buy a car here. You will find it much easier to switch to left-hand drive system that way.

you can drive left hand drive in UK but you may find it easier to drive right hand drive for overtaking etc and it would be easier if you drive right hand drive to remember which side of the road you need to be on also insurance could be higher on left hooker.

Of course you can drive it here and you can drive a proper car in Europe. I drove a right hand drive to Greece no problem

yes it's legal , but your insurance company must be told , only difference in driving is that you change gear with your right hand
you need to take extra care when overtaking as you have a big oncoming blind spot
