Make a mixture of half warm water and half white vinegar. To avoid streaking, wipe with crumpled newspapers - up and down on the outside of the window and across on the inside - that way it is easy to see where the streaks are coming from.

Water, vinegar and a few drops of dish soap will leave your windows shinning and streak free. If you don't have a squeegee you can use news paper. It works well and it gives the newspaper a second use after reading it.

I use a solution of 2 parts water, 1part vinegar and 1 part rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. I use 100% cotton cloths to wipe...flour sack kitchen towels or old t-shirts.
