It's actually easier on women because when doing an interview for example, your subject would more likely open up to you. Also when travelling to dangerous places, you're more likely to be given help than a man would.

No because its not a physical job. You have to make your own breaks in that profession and that the manner of success or failure will be the same for both sexes..
