Don't think of them as a Girl.

After talking to a few, you'll quickly find that they are much more than just Girls. *8v)

Think of them as you would anyone else. How do you usually approach someone? A Common frame of reference? A Recognised Interest in the same thing? A general Curiosity in a Topic? Rhetorical Statements?
If all else fails, there's always the tried and true, 'Compliment'.

No methodes at all...just talk to her...it is not the end of the owrld if she rejects you.
