Uploading a Photo from a Computer and Mobile Phones are normally done through 4 Ways:
(1) Blue Tooth- This is a wireless device which connects your phone to the computer for this your phone must have a blue tooth device. Take care while use as virus are also circulated through it, as the Blue tooth device also allows Mobile 2 Mobile connectivity and only accept data from the trusted source.(U will have 2 Purchase Blue tooth dongle-software from the market costing around 300/-)
(2) Infra Red- This is Also a wireless device and for it the Infra Red is used, In this data transfers pointing the 2 Infra Red points in front of them. Not 2 much of use here.
(3) Usb/Data Cable- If your phone supports data cable and if u have software for it u can directly connect your mobile 2 computer and work as a temporary drive on it. (all depends on which type of hand-set u are using)
(4) Card Reader- If your phone has mini cards/mini SD Cards/SD cards or other memory cards the card reader is the most trusted way 2 use for computer to card data transfer.and vice-versa . (Normally card reader costs-300/-)

Everything depends on which Hand-set are u using.
Thanks

of course, you need a cable there are phones especially nokia(N series) or any other high capability phone that has camera also comes with cable and an installer. First thing u have to install the CD, when installation completes you can now transfer file from pc to cp or vice versa. Just connect the cable to computer the other port to your cp. and there's also a guideline/manual on how it works.. so gudluck...it's easy friend...

If you are unable to upload the photo with a USB port then I would try texting/emailing it to your cell phone.
