That's what I hear from conservatives all the time, luckily children are smarter than that.

If there's a 14 year old girl that sounds like liberals, that might indicate that she should be brought in off the streets before nightfall. These signs of parental neglect may force the authorities to take her and put her in foster care.
These observations are troubling.

Beware...
The next stages will be the "not me" or "I don't know" stages.
The "not me" stage is the one where they deny any sense of responsibility for their actions.
And the "I don't know" stage is when it becomes convenient to refrain from dealing with reality.
