why is the sky blue sunny and cloudy during the day and dark scary with a moon and a million stars at night?

because the sun is very near to earth so in the day time the sky is blue , at night the stars are very distant and the sky become dark

The blue of the sky is from sunlight scattered by the atmosphere. So when the Sun is out of the sky, so is the blue. At night, there can still be clouds, but you won't see them unless there's enough light pollution to light them up. The stars aren't visible during the day only because they are lost in the light of the sky. With a telescope, you can see stars (the brighter ones at least) in daylight.

Scary is just your own reaction. I find it peaceful.

Humans are afraid of what we dont know....the Unknown. If the night sky is scary, it is because of lack of understanding and knowing what is there. Like a cemetary, to realize the dead are gone and cannot hurt you, you could cut through a cemetary at night with no problem. However because they do not know or understand . a lot of people fear cemetaries.

i could say alittle of all the above. sparkling blue-loving acquaintances and relatives. in part cloudy -united statesand downs in existence. gray and gloomy-grandmother in basic terms surpassed directly to the great beyond 5 days in the past. starry nighttime- consistently dreaming of the opportunities existence has to furnish. dark-ineffective night - romance and mysterious. first easy ivory- new beginnings and the destiny.
