I always leave things to the very end, and then I get stressed out trying to finish them quickly, and then I don't do a good job.

You just have a "habit" that is not working for you anymore. Time to form a new one: Start with a small task, something you might complete each day. Complete this on time everyday for one week. Then, add other one for that next week. Your brain will form this new habit, and the new one of a finisher will replace the old one of the procrastinator.

I usually make a list and keep it on the refrigerator at home. At work I write important things down in Outlook and set it to remind me. I had a friend who used to put all of his reminders on the calendar in his Yahoo Mail account.

do the assignment as soon as ur teacher(s) give it to u and finsih it on the weekend to get it down ahead of time.. it helps
