Bats are closely related to primates and very important to the environment as they eat insects that are harmful to humans (mosquitos for example) and iradicate the need to spray harmful pesticides. They are also important pollinators of fruit such as mongoes, avacado, and agave plants (which are used to make tequila). Just think...if there were no bats...there would be no tequila!!
