If you are using yahoo emails then you can just select the mail you want to move and then click on the "Move To" botton.otherwise you should look how that special email service works in these cases as they are not all the same:).

Can't answer that without knowing what email program you are using. Some programs you can't and must use the "move to" tab. Others can but you have to tell us what program your talking about.
