After reading your question, I contacted Syria and the President feels that North Korea has every right to develop and so are Iran and Syria (at a later date)!

Given the chance, Syria will murder, destroy and take over North Korea, as commanded by their mainstream islamic faith in the name of ALLAH, the moon god.
