Like cheese??? NO. If a man, whether intact or mutilated, never washes, he'll smell, but not like cheese. If a woman never washes, she'll also smell bad, but never like cheese. What an odd idea. An intact penis has no unpleasant smell if it's kept clean, which is not rocket science. Don't listen to the guys who were mutilated at birth and can't stand the thought that other guys have something important that they don't.

Yes, unless they pull back their foreskin and wash the glans thoroughly with warm water and soap and then through the day do it again and probably again. Circumcised guys don't have that problem but need to wash their penis and every other part by showering once a day.

cheese would be a 'good' smell for an uncut guy who doesn't keep it clean. if they don't keep it clean then it can get really nasty which is not something you encounter with circumsized guys.

It depends, on both the guy and his hygiene. I'm uncircumcised and I've never had that problem. For most guys it's very easy to prevent with proper hygiene, and proper hygiene is easier than brushing one's teeth. Circumcision is overkill for something like this - if you can brush your teeth, you can keep your foreskin clean.
