started taking Biotin and a multi-vitamin everyday. That worked for me...my nails are so much stroger now.

First, go have your health checked by your physician. Your fingernails can tell a lot about your health. If your health checks out fine then there are products you can buy in the nail polish section. Also eating more protein and calcium will help to strengthen nails. Best wishes!

One thing u can do is eat some jello jello w/gelatin in it helps strengthen ur nails and also drink a lot of milk It helps also
And you might use some clear nail polish or base coat there are some Like Sally Haansen that have nail strengtheners in them. Or use colored nail polish and use non acetone nail polish remover

when I use a de-greasing dishwashing det my nails break I use Ivory dish detergent. Use Dawn etc with one of those wand sponges so it stays off your nails. Rubbergloves too long also seem to mess up my nail strength.

If your desperate, to break the habit of using the tips. you can put buttons on the table and practice using the pads of your fingers instead of the nails to pick up.

Products from sallys supplies, Hoof and mane are cheap but very good to strengthen your nails.
Continuity with care even a little is the answer to nails. always polish even if its just clear to keep them from drying out.

Use clear nail color paint on the top of your nail (external).
Use Calcium vitamine Boniva (once a month) or regular Calcium (once a week) for internal.

Milk, Cheese and a calcium supplement with D taken daily. You will notice a big difference within a month.

you are lacking in a basic good multiple vitamin. fingernails and hair and skin get the nutients fed into our bodies last..they are a warning about our total health. eat a lot of rice. at least one serving a day. for variety check a good food/health web site for other foods containing the vitamins, minerals and other good stuff rice contains.

kep them clean,use warm water few drops pf shampoo n clen with toothbrush before going to bed.massage with olive oil once or twice a week.
