okay i have big problems with this also but i will help you as much as i can.
So the first thing you need to do is be your self.
don't act like anyone else but your self because guys don't ilke it when they have dated someone JUST LIKE YOU! ha ha!
And don't act so desperate.
Make good conversation and when your doing that be lil ditzy but not so dumb you make a fool of your self! =]
And use lil pick up lines-like last night i was at the movies and after there was this guy eating a fish for 5 dollars! and i was in the back so i couldn't really see and there was this really HOTT tall kid standing behind me and i just said "oh geez i can't see!!" and he said "wanna a lift?" and i was like "yeah" and so yeah that worked ; )
do stuff like that! make them think your CUTE and then once you get to know them show a side to them that they've never seen before!

guys pretty much only like girls who are hot, even if u got a great personality, if u look like a bushpig the best u can wish for is becoming friends with this guy unless he aint to cool himself.
however, there are ways to make a guy like you...one day flirt with him a bit, then ignore him and flirt with his friends, itll make him jealous of you and then u got him where u want him...
