You can do it yourself with T-Shirt transfer paper bought at an office supply store or craft store. You'll need a digital photo and printer.

If you have a scanner and printer you can do it yourself. Take a pic you like and scan it use transfer paper to print it and then you can iron it on. Don't forget to set it for reverse when printing.
