fyi: American Indian tribes have been the only people in our history subject to this and still are without due process of law, as tribal lands are allowed to be reduced, siezed, etc, with apporval of the department of the interior , bureau of Indian affairs approval.

Even though Native Americans have their own Governments on their Reservations they are still involved in the US government... so make a petition for whatever state you are in and put it on the ballot as an amendment to your state Constitution for NO eminent domains.. that's what FL did and it passed by a landslide..- then No one including Native Americans will have to worry about it

Democrat Judges decided it was Fine.
I disagree.
(We deserve losing our freedoms, because we are the ones responsible for having these Democrat Judges.)
Everytime we elect a Democrat, we pay dearly.
Unless, we are the idle rich.
