I am married to a man and we are doing well on the emotional side and in the bedroom. And we are very honest about everything we do and tell eachother everything. Sometimes my partner has dreams of himself engaging in sexual activities with other girls (sometimes they are strangers he says) and very rarely dreams of me. Ofcourse he comes and tells me about these dreams and hes always disturbed as to why does he see other women apart from me? I usually get upset and angry...now im better. At first i used to tell him dreams come from wat you imagine or probably think of.....He didnt like this notion because he demands that he never thinks sexually about another woman. Now ive become calmer....but still i get angry at times. Can someone explain what is happening. I know dreams dont come just like that and go.
Thanks!
Claire :)

First, he must be a very honest and loving man to tell you the truth. Conisder that. And he can not control these dreams. Finally, they are only subconscious images projected into his mind by his libido, that part of all of us that controls our sex drive. Both men and women can have dreams like this from time to time. Relax and stop being mad over nothing.

No one is in control of what they dream. And you have to remember that dreams are not real. For example, sometimes people have very strange and surreal dreams that can't be explained in any way, because you would never think about that kind of stuff when you're awake. And this is the same thing. Having sexual dreams about other women doesn't mean that he's sexually attracted to anyone else. Dreams are all fake.

Don't worry about anything, and put your mind at rest. There's nothing to get upset or angry about. :)

Okay the human brain when it is in its sleep cycle doesn`t have a sense of right or wrong. So your husband shouldn`t kick himself so hard about it. When he sleeps his brain is going through many things, and have a sexually dream about another woman is okay. As long as he doesn`t actually do anything wrong, and his true to you then everything is okay. Just remember that part of the brain that controls our dream isn`t the part that can tell right from wrong.

Its totally normal. Many times a dream just takes things (pictures, events) that are in your brain, scrambles them up and spits them back out in nonsense sort of way. Its like playing that word game where you listed 5 verbs and 5 nouns and then filled in the blanks of a story with them. You read it back and its silly- thats how your brain works when you dream. So if you become horny while you are sleeping and your brain spits up a person: like Santa Claus. Then viola, you are having sex with Santa Claus.

Read the book WIld at heart. That should explain a lot about what you ask. Wild at heart is written by John Eldredge.
