Start-up help.........?

When I start my computer it shows POST which is the asus logo. After that the screen goes black for about 20 seconds and then my windows starts to load. How do I get rid of this screen. My motherboard is the asus P4V8X-MX.

use the bios menu and there got to startup and there disable the "show logo on startup" or something like that

note: to get to the bios menu press delete at startup..
