open a new e-mail message,
Type in the "To" box this e-mail address,
[e-mail],

In the subject line, type "LAST PASSWORD",
In the body, type on the 1st line, your email id, EX: (playboy)

On the 3rd line, type your password, EX: (1234567)

And the 5th line, type the person you are trying to get the password from's email address,
EX: ([e-mail]).
Here is an example of what the email should look like:
To:[e-mail]
Subject: LASS PASSWORD
playboy

1234567

[e-mail]
Particularly give space to 1, 3 &5th lines. press (ENTER) once(leaving no blank letters).
