Yes. Don't forget that whilst they have been caught out ( which probably means that they are not the brightest stars in the firmament, but heh who cares), there are plenty of others out there who are happily squirrelling away at crimes and haven't been caught yet.
Politicians included if the news this year is anything to go by!

Anyone who has been found guilty of a felony should not have the right to vote. A felony means they have in some form or another violated the basic Constitutional rights of America and have done this toward Americans. By their act of committing a felony they have forfeited their right to vote under our Constitutional American standards. It would be nearly the same as asking the President of Iran to vote here in our American elections. He has not accepted our way of life in our Nation. As a matter of fact, he has rejected our Democratic system and called us criminals. That is why a convected felon can never vote. By doing this crime against our system, they have rejected our way of life.
